CITY OF UKIAH GATEWAY SIGNAGE

Location: Ukiah, California

Ren / Alexander was hired by The Greater Ukiah Business and Tourism Association to create a number of potential designs to replace the existing North and South Gateway signs on Highway 101. After a handful of successful design iterations and workshops with GUBTA the final design of the “Big U” was selected and features the Oak Tree as a symbol of Ukiah. The 2 signs were fabricated and installed by local sign contractor, Paramount Signs. Made of pre-rusted steel and automotive painted acrylic, these signs will stand the test of time.
